Our Corporate Social Responsibility policy here at Plant and Equipment Valuation QLD allows for our employees to follow their passions when it comes to community and charity efforts. As an independent company, we understand the importance of community and doing our best to assist others.

We are proud of the efforts our employees have made to be active members of the community. We have supported them every step of the way by giving time, encouragement, donations, or financial support. We believe in continued support as we understand that help is more than just a once-off payment or seasonal participation in a charity. Once we have committed to our CSR initiatives, we continue our efforts for as long as it is needed.

As a part of our CSR policy, we make sure to conduct our business with sustainability in mind. We continually educate ourselves to develop and improve our CSR initiatives and business practices including such things as waste reduction and improving the health and safety of both our employees and clients. This has increased during the pandemic, and we will continue to consider the personal health of our team and clients while conducting our work.

Mental health is just as important as physical health. Within our office, we are committed to accommodating the needs of our employees. We also ensure our valuers’ training includes ethical and mindful practices for meeting with clients.

How Our CSR Policy Improves Our Valuations

We are just as committed to our clients and their needs as we are to our CSR initiatives. We have two guiding principles here at Plant and Equipment Valuation and they are integrity and honesty. We follow these principles in all our work including our customer service and our valuations.

The client and their needs always come first in all plant and equipment valuations. Before we begin our valuations, we ask our clients what they hope to achieve and what is the purpose of their valuation. This ensures that they receive the correct report for their circumstances but also allows us to customise their report to suit their exact needs.

Our reports are honest, objective, and transparent. You will have all the information that forms our valuation and if anything is unclear or confusing, our knowledgeable staff are happy to explain and offer some guidance. Client support is available to our clients at any stage of the valuation, this includes before and after.

This is all to ensure our clients can trust our service. If at any stage our services are not satisfactory, clients are welcome to come to us and we will do our best to accommodate accordingly.
